Scope & Application
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all websites, events, services, communications, and transmissions provided by Edge Of Creation®, and their affiliated legal entities (“the Company”).

These Terms apply to all offerings—whether digital, in-person, public, private, commercial, or sacred—including but not limited to:
– Strategic Channeling™ sessions
– Group events and livestreams
– Private consultations and transmissions
– Consulting or advisory projects
– Content shared under former business names or entities

Universal Scope of Enforcement
These Terms apply retroactively and prospectively across all delivery formats, regardless of platform or setting. This includes:
– Live events, retreats, and in-person experiences
– Phone, video, or online sessions
– Services delivered through past legal entities, brands, or aliases
– Future offerings not yet published

By accessing, attending, or distributing any part of the Company’s work, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Nature of Services
Strategic Channeling™ is a proprietary method combining metaphysical transmission with real-time strategic clarity. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or licensed consulting advice. Clients receive insight that may inform action, but remain solely responsible for their own decisions and interpretations.

No Guarantees or Outcomes
All services are provided without warranties or guarantees of outcome. Individual experiences may vary. The Company is not liable for your choices or circumstances, regardless of input received.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content, materials, and insights shared or transmitted by the Company are the sole property of the Company. You may not record, reuse, adapt, share, or distribute any content without advance written permission specifying: the exact content, purpose, media platform, and timeframe.

Broadcast & Recording Permissions
You consent to the Company recording public group events and transmissions. Private sessions are confidential and never recorded without your written consent.

Unauthorized Use & Legal Enforcement
Violations will result in full liability for:
– Lost income
– Copyright infringement
– IP theft
– Brand and reputational damage
– Enforcement and legal costs

Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its founder, employees, contractors, and affiliates against any claims arising from your actions, use of content, or interpretation of insights.

Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages including emotional distress, lost opportunity, reputational harm, or misapplication.

Spiritual Confidentiality & Privilege
Private sessions are protected under spiritual advisor privilege where applicable. The Company retains the right to refuse disclosure of any such conversation.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
All disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the Company’s jurisdiction. You waive the right to sue, join a class action, or demand a jury trial.
